A large antique pine dresser base dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It has three drawers above two cupboard doors which open to a shelved interior. The drawers have turned wooden knobs which match the knobs on the cupboards and each cupboard has a wooden latch to keep it closed. It is a good quality piece with a thick planked top and attractive warm colour.
It is in good condition for its age with a lovely patina. There are signs of age and use, some minor marks and knocks and a couple of old repairs but no major damages and it displays well and is strong and sturdy. It has been given a clean and gentle polish and is ready for use.
